NanoQT has completed organizational restructuring to establish US parent company

Organizational restructuring at NanoQT

K.K. Nanofiber Quantum Technologies (KK NanoQT, Shinjuku, Tokyo, CEO Masashi Hirose) has established Nanofiber Quantum Technologies, Inc. (NanoQT, Inc., CA, Palo Alto, CEO Masashi Hirose).

With this organizational restructuring, NanoQT, Inc. will serve as the parent company, making KK NanoQT a 100% subsidiary of NanoQT, Inc. Shareholders of the original KK NanoQT become shareholders of NanoQT, Inc.

Moving forward, the company plans to recruit talent in both Japan and the US, pursue strategic alliances, and accelerate fundraising globally.
